As a strong advocate for skill development in the area of advanced manufacturing technology, MTC’s vision has always been to be a world-class training provider. Over the past couple of decades, MTC has done just that, delivering hundreds of both ‘Train the Trainer’ and ‘Train the Student’ courses globally.
In less than a decade, MTC has trained over 10,000 students and 1,000 trainers in CNC, Robotics and Automation. MTC also has over 50 education partners globally to reach its training courses to wider audiences.
In partnership with key institutions and organisations involved in the training industry, MTC has also created comprehensive training material that is delivered through robust channels. The training methodology adopted and courseware are in tune with industry requirements and designed after much study, research and inputs from industry experts, and based on contemporary technologies.
MTC’s training is affiliated to ASDC and IASC Sector Skill Council too, working as Industry and Training Partners to these leading institutions in the field of training.
MTC is also the Authorized Training Center for Siemens and IHK-German Vocational Body in India.
MTC delivers its hands-on in-person training either at its own infrastructure in Chennai, India, or at site, as required by each client. Over the years, MTC has successfully conducted skill training courses on CNC, Robotics and Automation, in over 20 countries across the world, and in most states across India, including Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
