MTC helps in upskilling of Machine Operators at different levels: Student, Junior Employee, Senior Employee, Supervisor, Executive. MTC’s courses also help Trainers and Management to update themselves in technological advancements and changes.
MTC delivers its training through different media and channels so as to cater to the needs of different segments of users. Its LMS and eLearning Content helps those who wish to pursue full-fledged courses online, while its In-person Training courses offer conventional classroom and lab classes for hands-on training.
As a Siemens-partnered initiative, MTC also helps set up Centers of Excellence at educational universities, colleges, polytechnics and institutions to expose students to cutting edge technologies and help them get job-ready as soon as they graduate.Similarly, its Smart Factory Automation incubation centers set up in factories and educational institutions help personnel and students prepare for the future of manufacturing in the Internet of Things era, commonly known as ‘Industry 4.0’.
MTC also offers a ‘Robotics in STEM’ Program for K-12 and is working with skill development bodies of the Government to implement this program in schools across India.
